Now I know your all thinking that the fa always seem to charge us quicker than everybody else (normally takes two weeks) but 3 days after it happened we've been charged for basically not 'controlling our players'.
from the lufc website
Both club have been charged with a breach of FA Rule E22a - failing to ensure that its players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.
The melee was sparked off after United's on-loan full-back Michael Gray and Gill's forward Darius Henderson clashed in the second half and a large number of players from both sides quickly became involved.
United's Chief Executive Officer Shaun Harvey said the Club would consider the most appropriate course of action:
"We have received confirmation that we have been charged with misconduct by the FA in breach of rule 22a, in relation to an incident during the game against Gillingham at Elland Road on Saturday.
"The Club has until the 30th of March in which to respond to the charge. We will consider the best course of action in the intervening period."

Lol, why does it not come as much of a shock. It probably goes so quick as they probably have a delivery service set up just for the trip to Elland road and the office at Elland road's phone number on speed dial.
