DAVID HEALY was named Northern Ireland Sports Star of the Year last night (24th Jan). It was yet another honour for the striker who has the current international goal-scoring record for Northern Ireland of 16 goals.
Healy broke the record in the 3-0 win over Trinidad and Tobago last summer.
The 25-year-old ended NI's 1,298-minute, 13-game goal famine with a goal against Norway last February.
He also scored the goal to give Lawrie Sanchez's side a 1-0 victory over Estonia, their first win in 16 games.
