excuse me but this is real life.
i have friends who play with some of these players and ive been out drinking with one or two of them.
some of them are huge guys, who just need an opportunity. pitt is wasted wherever he's ended up, medjani would cherish a chance at leeds, depending on whether benitez buys a centre back or not, even stephen warnock would like to play for us.
as for garry, he's never gonna overcome cole or clichy at left back and he also just needs a chance.
who would you suggest for left back, right centre back, left wing and right wing, because we're skint remember, and loaning youngsters would be perfect for us

they wont loan young players for full seasons unless theyre not bothered about them, a year at leeds may set back their development, a year away from their families or similar support networks minght also disrupt them. The only players we can loan are players who are ready for 1st team football but cant get it or players who arent wanted anymore like gregory vignal at liverpool.
Stephen warnocks part of the 1st team setup at ainfield and would be probarbly playing now barring injury.
You need to set your sights a little lower than that i reckon
Maybe marcus stewart whom sunderland dont want would be a good signing, david weirs interested in a move to leeds so thats two, youngsters are all well and good but under the pressure of a large crowd desperate for a premiership return they could freeze.

or we could just carry on giving premiership rejects their last pay-day in front of a premiership crowd.
how can you say that after what lennon, milner, carson and walton have all done for us, lets not forget smithy!
if we give young potential an opportunity, they'll grab it with both hands, as they have all proven at elland road

Weir hints at possible Leeds move Everton's David Weir has revealed he is tempted by the prospect of a deal to join Championship side Leeds. Weir's current contract expires this summer and he admits he may be forced move away from Goodison Park.
"I know through an intermediary that Leeds will give me two years, which is an obvious attraction," the central defender told The Scotsman.
"I am 35, but I feel as good as ever. It's true because I know on the pitch that nothing has changed."
The Scotland international still believes he can do a job for Everton, whose fourth-placed finish in the Premiership puts them into the Champions League qualifiers.
However, Weir confessed he may take a little longer to recover between matches these days.
But he insisted: "The only signs you get are the night after a game and the next morning when you're a little more tired, a little stiffer, than before.
"But from game to game, while actually playing, there's no difference you want this at leeds...
...for how long, and how much a week?

proving your ability in a good side is a lot easier than doing it in a struggling one, throwing in kids too early can ruin their careers, its taken andy gray years to work his way back up to a decent level since we burnt him out too soon.
weir and stubbs have been one of the best defences of the season and most leeds fans would like to see a player of weir's ability and experience play for leeds
